Plain-language terms, drafted for review by qualified counsel. Using the site means you agree to them.
What the service is
We measure your photo against published government photo specifications and, if it passes, sell you the compliant digital file and a printable sheet for a one-time fee. The compliance check is free. We never edit, retouch, or replace the content of your photo.
What we do not promise
Passing our checks means your photo meets the published specification as we measure it. It is not a legal guarantee of acceptance: governments apply human judgment, and requirements can change. We are an independent service with no affiliation to any government agency, and nothing here is legal or immigration advice.
The guarantee
If a photo that passed our check is rejected by the issuing authority for a reason our check covers, we refund the purchase. Details and how to claim are on the refund policy page.
Payments and the family pack
Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card details. The family pack covers the purchased photo plus four further photo unlocks, redeemed by code within 7 days of purchase. Each unlocked order follows the same 24-hour file retention as any other order.
Your content
You confirm you have the right to upload the photo you submit. Photos are processed to deliver the service you requested, deleted within 24 hours, and never used to train models. See the privacy policy for full data practices.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to prepare fraudulent documents, to submit photos of a person without authority to do so, or to probe or disrupt the service. We may refuse service where we suspect misuse.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the order concerned. Consumers keep any rights that local law does not allow to be limited.
